Vapyt Warranty & Returns Policy

At Vapyt, your satisfaction and confidence in our products are paramount. We stand behind the quality of our e-cigarettes, vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories. This policy outlines our warranty terms and procedures for returns, ensuring a transparent and fair process for all our valued customers.


Product Warranty: Faulty or Defective Items (Under Normal Use)

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific product page, all products purchased from Vapyt are covered by a 3-month warranty from the original date of shipment. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use conditions.

Within 1 Month from Shipment Date:

Should a product be found faulty or defective within one month of its shipment date:

  • Upon return and verification, the defective item will be replaced free of charge.
  • The replacement item will be shipped back to you for free.
  • We will also provide a return shipping reimbursement of up to USD 40 or 50% of the item's original price, whichever amount is lower.

Within 3 Months from Shipment Date:

If a product proves faulty or defective between one and three months from its shipment date:

  • Upon return and verification, the defective item will be replaced free of charge.
  • The replacement item will be shipped back to you for free.
  • Please note that return shipping reimbursement is not available for items returned within this period.

After 3 Months from Shipment Date:

Even after the initial 3-month warranty period, Vapyt is here to assist you:

  • Customers may still send defective items back to Vapyt for repair. Our goal is to repair the item to a functional, resalable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways (to Vapyt and back to the customer).
  • Depending on the nature of the problem, fees may be assessed by the manufacturers for the repair service. Vapyt will always contact you for approval before proceeding with any repairs that incur additional charges.

Incorrect Description / Wrong Items Shipped

We strive for perfection in every order, but if you receive an item that is significantly different from its description on our product page, or if you receive the wrong item:

  • Vapyt will either exchange the item for the correct one or provide a full refund, based on your preference.
  • Please contact our customer service team immediately upon discovering the discrepancy.
  • After contacting us, please ship the products back to us using the least expensive shipping method available. Vapyt will cover all return shipping charges in these instances.

An "item not as described" is defined as a product where a significant specification (e.g., battery capacity, coil resistance, liquid volume) is different, or the primary product's appearance is significantly dissimilar from what was listed on the product page at the time of your order.
